BSCG Certification
BSCG is the Banned Substances Control Group which is an independent international certification program designed to test products to ensure they are drug-free. BSCG is the gold standard in dietary supplement certification. They have been established as the best third-party company specializing in the accreditation of nutritional supplements, natural products, functional foods, homeopathics, medical devices and more.
BSCG works with supplement brands, ingredient suppliers, manufacturing facilities, and individual teams and athletes to ensure the quality of dietary supplement products and ingredients and protect against contamination with drugs or other agents that can lead to health concerns or positive drug tests.
Originally BSCG certification was established to focus on protecting athletes and professionals by targeting substances that have been banned from sports.
The BSCG Certified Drug-Free ® program was developed to provide protection against 485 drugs and includes 274 drugs on the World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA) Prohibited List. It also includes an additional 211 illicit, prescription and over-the-counter medications not banned in sports that no other dietary supplement certification program covers. Certified Drug Free® consists of a 21 CFR 111 Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) quality control process review, raw material and supplier review, and a general toxicology assessment. This means BSCG protects against more potentially harmful drugs than any other program available.
Since the creation of BSCG accreditation, testing was broadened to focus on drugs of concern not only to athletes but to general consumers and also animals.
These certifications are beneficial to all of us as consumers to evaluate natural based products and dietary supplements to ensure the highest standards in quality in every step of production.
According to BSCG Voke tab has been found safe for consumption to general consumers, as well as to athletes and professionals across the spectrum of WADA, NFL, MLB, NHL, NBA, WNBA, PGA, LPGA, MLS, ATP, WTA, FIFA, FINA, AFL, NRL, NASCAR, UFC, CrossFit, NCAA, military, law enforcement, and other drug-testing programs.
